Questions installers ask us first.
Do I have to change the forms I already use?
No. You upload your own Word templates and mark the spots that change — consumer number, load, serials. docsun fills those and leaves your layout, letterhead and wording exactly as they are.
Does it work on a phone at site?
Yes. It runs in the browser and installs to the home screen, so the person on the roof types serials straight into the job instead of sending them to the office on WhatsApp.
Can my staff see everything, including money?
Only what you allow. Each person gets their own login and a set of permissions — a site engineer can fill an installation without ever seeing payments or customer bank details.
Where is our customer data kept?
On servers in India, in your own workspace, separate from every other business using docsun. It stays yours: you can export it, and we delete it when you ask. The full detail is in our Data & Privacy Policy.
What does it cost?
A flat subscription per business, billed for the period you agree — no per-document charge and no commission on your jobs. We will quote on the demo call once we know your team size.
How long does it take to start?
